You can report issues or request help directly from your phone. It is recommended that you do so because that way we can get your Pocketshield setup details right away and save time in assisting you.

It is very simple and fast, just go to Start-->Programs-->Volumex Settings and:

To send the message, internet connection must be active. If your phone does not have a connection you can connect it to your PC with your USB cable so message will be sent through your PCs connection.

If still no access to internet, the message will be saved upon "Send" is pressed, so you can return back at any moment and send it when a connection is available.
